Delivery Info

Where do you ship and how much is shipping?

We currently ship within the continental United States from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses, or P.O. boxes.

How much is shipping?

Standard ground shipping is free on all orders.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also log in to your account anytime to check the status of your order.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes?

No extra duties or import taxes — what you see at checkout is what you pay. All prices include applicable U.S. taxes.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us right away at hi@anothersole.com. Once it’s been processed, we’re unable to update the address.

My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it —what do I do?

Start by checking with neighbors or your local courier office — sometimes parcels are held there.

If you still can’t find it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notice and we’ll help sort it out.

What happens if my delivery fails or is returned to sender?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, it’ll come back to us. We’ll reach out to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, cancellations aren’t possible — but you can return the item once it arrives.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

We’re so sorry if that happens! Contact us at hi@anothersole.com with your order details and we’ll work with the courier to investigate and make it right.
