What is your return policy and money back guarantee?

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible items. Simply return your unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How do I start a return?

It’s easy! Just head to our Returns Portal here and follow the steps.

You’ll need your order number and email address to get started. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.

Are returns free?

Returns are free for exchanges. For refunds, a flat $10 return fee will be deducted to cover return shipping and handling costs.

We always encourage exchanges — they’re free!

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes! You can exchange your item for a different size or color using the same Returns Portal here after your order is delivered and received.

A temporary holding charge will be placed on your credit card while the exchange is processed. Your replacement item will be shipped once we receive your request to exchange.

Please return the original item within 14 days of receiving your return label. If the original item is shipped out within 14 days, the holding charge will be released once the return is processed. If the original item is not shipped out within 14 days, the holding charge will be converted into a final charge.

What items can’t be returned?

We can’t accept returns for:
~ Items marked Final Sale
~ Gift cards
~ Items that show signs of wear or damage, or are missing original packaging

I received the wrong or defective item — what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us at hi@anothersole.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I return a gift?

Gift can't be returned but can be exchanged for a different size or style. Just head to our Returns Portal here and follow the steps.

How do I track my return?

Once your return has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number through the Returns Portal so you can monitor its progress.

I placed an order before December 18, how do I initiate a return?

If you placed an order before December 18 and your order number starts with #INTL, please use this link to initiate your return. To start your return, click HERE.

You will receive an email with your return label within 3–5 business days. Place the items in the provided polymailer, attach the return label, and drop off the parcel at your nearest USPS Post Office. Once we receive your return, a never-expiring store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
