What is your return policy and money back guarantee?

If your shoes aren’t the right fit, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns can be sent back using your own tracked shipping, or via our discounted return label (USD $10 per order, deducted from refund).

Why is there a return label fee?

To make returns easier, we offer discounted prepaid return labels for a flat USD $10 fee per order.

You’re also welcome to use your own tracked shipping method for a full refund.

Will I still receive a full refund?

Yes — the full product value will be refunded once your return is received and approved.

If you use our prepaid label service, the USD $10 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do I return my order?

It’s easy! Simply submit your return through our Returns PortalĀ hereĀ . You may choose between:

  • Using our discounted return label (USD $10 per order, deducted from your refund), or
  • Shipping the item back using your own tracked courier service. We recommend tracked shipping for all returns. Receiving warehouse:

All returned items must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes! You can exchange your item for a different size or color using the same Returns PortalĀ hereĀ after your order is delivered and received.

A temporary holding charge will be placed on your credit card while the exchange is processed. Your replacement item will be shipped once we receive your request to exchange.

Please return the original item within 14 days of receiving your return label. If the original item is shipped out within 14 days, the holding charge will be released once the return is processed. If the original item is not shipped out within 14 days, the holding charge will be converted into a final charge.

Are exchanges free?

Yes. Exchanges are complimentary

What items can’t be returned?

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping protection
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage, or are missing original packaging
I received the wrong or defective item — what should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us at hi@anothersole.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Can I return a gift?

Gift can't be returned but can be exchanged for a different size or style. Just head to our Returns Portal here and follow the steps.

How do I track my return?

Once your return has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number through the Returns Portal so you can monitor its progress.
