I ordered the Mary Jane's but received the Travel Flats. These shoes are incredible, so soft and so beautifully made and worth every penny. Customer Service is top notch .... they responded quickly and are transparent every step of the way. This is a first class company and I'm so happy I found them.
Experience from ordering, returning coz shoe couldn’t fit till reordering has been seamless and fast. Love the process of returning, free collection so the shoe can be returned. Will be back to buy more shoes for sure !!!

The comfort and design of the shoes is as awesome as usual. But the stretchy shoelace makes it a little tight for me.
Love the pair. However, unlike with my first pair which was smooth as silk, the right one gave me a shoe bite on my 3rd toe. The stitching is a bit knobbly about there, I think. My left foot is ever so slightly bigger so if this had happened with that, I wouldn’t have been surprised.

Thicker sole are better, love the blue color though it looks brighter in actual than online picture.
It was too big for me so I gave away to my niece who loves them. Her third pair.
The pro: Totally worth every cents.
The con: The weather has been terrible lately, so I can't wear it as often to admire it.

Extremely comfortable fit. The material is so soft and comfortable. And with the 2nd generation sole, I'm less worried about slipping and falling!
