Everything worked out fine unfortunately Iām gonna have to return the shoes. They arrived a tad later than I was hoping and so I was out of the country when they arrived.

Your company could not have done anything better, especially the shipping of my replacement pair (the first one was too large). I was in a time constraint due to an upcoming vacation. They came in days while my return was in transit to you. My only improvement would somehow to make the wide laces (which I adore) less slippery? They come untied a bit too much for my safety concerns. I would definitely buy them over again!!

I need more colors and styles and, ideally, half sizes! The deliver was nice and prompt.
These shoes are a āmust haveā. They are comfortable and stylish. You can go shopping or to the theater in them. Well worth the money. Iāve ordered two more pairs in different colors already.

I ordered the Mary Jane's but received the Travel Flats. These shoes are incredible, so soft and so beautifully made and worth every penny. Customer Service is top notch .... they responded quickly and are transparent every step of the way. This is a first class company and I'm so happy I found them.
Experience from ordering, returning coz shoe couldnāt fit till reordering has been seamless and fast. Love the process of returning, free collection so the shoe can be returned. Will be back to buy more shoes for sure !!!
