Do's
- You may wear hidden socks with your shoes to help absorb moisture.
- If you feel it's sticky when you wear them, it's time for a clean. You may choose to apply some talcum powder inside the shoes.
Don'ts
- The footbed is made of rPET fabric but you can wipe it down as well. Please do so as our feet can sweat a lot!
- We know you will love the shoes but please give them the day off to allow them to air out. Like us, our shoes need tender loving care too.
- Never use artificial heat or direct sunlight to hasten the drying process as it may damage the leather.
- Never machine wash your shoes but if it does get wet in the rain, pat it dry with a soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally.

I look for every occasion that I can put my Lucie shoe on. It is SO COMFORTABLE right out of the box. Many of my co-workers have asked me about the shoe and I have recommended it highly. These shoes are just as pictured and described. I have issues with arthritis and a slight limp. Because of that, ballet flats will slip off as I’m walking. The laces on these solved that problem. They’re easy to slip on and tie. Comfortable all day. Zero break in time. I wear them with no show liner socks (Peds) and they’re perfect. No blisters and uncomfortable digging. I am a true size 6, and these are great because there’s extra room in the toe bed, so your toes aren’t pinched at all. I’ve already gotten compliments on how cute they are.

Will the leather stretch—do they need breaking in?
The Anytime Flats may feel snug initially—especially across the front for wider feet—but this is normal. The unlined leather will stretch quickly for a comfortable fit, so breaking in is generally not required. Be sure to leave about one finger’s width of toe room, and adjust the laces as needed.

I now own 2 pairs of the Lucie II, black and doe. These shoes are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I was skeptical because I have bunions but no problem. They fit well and I’ve done a fair amount of walking in both pairs and they really are comfortable! I highly recommend them! Plus they’re very cool and go with everything!

These shoes are amazingly comfortable but the flatness means that apparently I drag my toes. I have worn them once and the front is already scuffed. Overall definitely buy but then evaluate your stride? LOL

I feel like the heel was comfortable, but from the bunion area to arch the entire width could use some more support materials.

These are super cute and comfy shoes! I love the brown color because it matches with many things. They are extremely light and the insole has good cushion. The only thing is that they are made with a pretty thin leather material but it doesn’t bother me! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for travel shoes!

Abt the leather thickness...the design intent of the shoes requires a specific spec in order to turn the shoes inside out. this is the unique design of our shoes where the uppers are stitched to the rubber sole. making it too thick will result in improper shaping and other quality issues. That said, these leathers are of a very high quality and will more than meet your daily needs and rigor :) Thank you for the endorsing them for traveling.

Very comfy! I have bunions and usually wear a 7.5 and ordered an 8 in these. Comfy right out of the box, I didn’t have to break them in. I wish more styles were available in the US.

Soft nice looking shoe. Size is difficult. My high arched foot could barely squeeze into the 7.5 size, but the length was perfect. I sent them back for an 8. It is ok, but a bit too long. I wish I had stuck with the 7.5
I hope after wearing them they will form to my foot without a bit hanging off the toe.

the sole of the show feels surprisingly comfortable even though they're flats. it is soft. I'm hoping that over time it doesn't stretch that much given that it's leather. I also don't know how it would look if you drop rain on it. I love how light it is. easy to pack for travels. felt very comfortable on the cobble stones of Europe.
